Framework
A strategic framework that helps you determine, direct, adjust and ultimately be, who you want to be and get, where you want to go.
Introduction
There is no one size fits all. We are all unique at birth, have different experiences, learn from different sources, are influenced by different environments and in turn develop our own values and goals.

Knowing this, we all have our own journey to take. But that does not mean we have to be without support and guidance. There are many that have gone before us. There is much knowledge, many lessons and a well worn path to be guided by:

-
Get started by determining your Values.
-
These will then guide your Goals.
-
Your goals can then be navigated to via The Path.
-
And your Action Plan can keep you on track.
-
Use The Workbook as your tool for organisation and execution.

Then it will all change. As you grow, learn, experience, hit bumps in the road and progress through stages of life, your Values and in turn Goals will again most likely change, continually. The process will never end. So simply reassess your Values and Goals and continue on The Path.

If you ever get stuck, lose traction, are unsure, or need some inspiration, review The Path. There within the Models & Theories, Self Review, Lessons, Case Studies and further reading can help strategically guide you on your way.

You will also come up against difficulties, we all do. So be prepared with some Tactics for specific scenarios. Reach into the Mental Models & Tools, review the Journal of Scenarios and work through the Troubleshooting Guide.

Ultimately this is the path to the good life - taking ownership, continually learning and continually improving, all the way to the end.
So enjoy the ride and make it your own. We wish you all the best.

Section 1.
Direction
To get where you want to go and be who you want to be, first begin to 'know thyself'. What are your values, what are your goals, how are you going to action them?
Continually follow, assess and update the below steps, whilst also reviewing The Path as a guide for your progress.

Use The Workbook as your tool for organisation and execution.

Section 2.
The Path
The Path, as outlined below, is a broad overview of the path through life for the human experience. It is not always this clear and exact for each of us individually, and definitely not always this structured and sequential. But, it is a useful guide and as you progress you will see the correlations between the phases and steps of The Path and your own experiences.
Much like an economy, you will have your ups and downs, though over the long-term, if you take ownership, you will continue to grow.

Use the below as your strategic guide, and be wise about it. If you want take on excessive risk, check your foundations first. If you want to add a relationship, first check your relationship with yourself. If you want to help others, make sure your own house is first in order.

If you know your Values, the details in The Path can help provide guidance for your next most important Goals. If you know your Values and your Goals, use The Path to help determine your next most important steps for your Action Plan.

If you don't know where to start with your Values and Goals, the detail in The Path can help get you started. Specifically, Stage 4: Development - Uniqueness: Section 21: Explore > Section 22: Observe > Section 23: Discover.
If still unsure, do not lose heart. Simply begin to make progress. Begin by working on Stage 1: Foundation - Stability to create momentum. Then, more often than not, the inspiration and learning of yourself that accompanies this progress, will begin to help you shape your Values and Goals.
Sometimes exploration is a part of The Path, as you will see below. Take the time to explore it.

Within each of the below steps you will find accompanying Models & Theories, a Self Review, Lessons, Case Studies and further reading to help you on your way.

Don't ever be daunted and don't ever have envy at your position versus another. Remember, you are on your path, not anyone else's, and that gives you unique potential. Embrace it and move forward.

Section 4.
Library
First 'know', then 'do' and then overtime you may 'be'. Much of the knowledge throughout STRATEGY OF ONE is derived from the texts shared by those who came before us.
If we have referenced, or found a book, text or article to be foundational and useful, it will be listed throughout The Path and also categorised for your reference below.
For your efficiency, the library provides a brief on why each book is included and why and for who it may prove to be of interest or useful.

There are no promises in life. It can be unfair. You can get lucky. Ultimately, it is what you make of each moment. Taking ownership of each situation.
You need to be prepared, do the work, continue to learn and improve each step of the way. The Framework can be your guide, but you need to make it your own. Now simply move forward and do so.
