Why Observe matters
Observation determines what you actually know about yourself.
Without disciplined observation, people mistake interest for aptitude, early success for advantage, and effort for fit. They commit too early, specialise too narrowly, or pursue paths that quietly erode energy and judgement.
Observe exists to slow interpretation.
It allows you to notice patterns across time rather than reacting to moments. It separates signal from noise before decisions about direction, positioning, or identity are made.
