1. Values


Always start with your Values. Generally, this will ensure you at least end up being who, you'd like to be, even if where you end up in life isnt exactly where you thought you may.


Viktor Frankl in his book 'Man's Search For Meaning' sums up his horrific lived experience and observations as, "Those who have a 'why' to live, can bear with almost any 'how'."




3. Goals & Action Plan


Begin on the right foot by setting your Goals well. Review the Goals section for guidance.


Once your Goals are clear and set, begin actioning them. Review the Action Plan section and start building your systems and gaining momentum.




4. Energy Management


One of the main reasons we slip with our goals setting, even if we have solid systems in place, is overwhelm and burnout. Ensure you can stay committed for the long-haul by preparing your self and doing the work to make sure your Energy Management is optimal.




5. Focus


Another reason we may veer off track from our Goals is distraction. In this modern world, of unlimited information, social media and our natural inclination to compare ourselves to others working on our Focus is more crucial than ever.
