The Workbook can be used as your tool for organising and actioning all the steps through the Framework. For a brief high level overview of the Framework review the Quick Start Guide.

 

Tip: Remember The Workbook is just a tool. Feel free to utilise whichever tool best suits you, a standard journal, a notebook, a word document or productivity / planning app. The tool isn't as important as the actions you take.

Introduction to The Workbook​

​

  • The Workbook is structured into 12 sections to be used over 12 months (though doesn't necessarily have to be).

  • Each of the 12 sections is structured into 5 segments.

  • The 5 segments are:

    • Values Worksheet​

    • Goals Worksheet

    • Action Plan Worksheet

    • Self Review Worksheet

    • Strategic Review Worksheet

Segment 1. Values Worksheet

​​​​

The Values Worksheet is to assist as you work through your Values.

​

Step 1.

The Values Worksheet is simply divided into 'Core Areas of Life' and 'Core Values'. See the Values: Models & Theories for guidance.

 

Step 2.

Conduct a Values: Self Review using the Self Review Worksheet in The Workbook.

 

Step 3.

Review the Values: Lessons, Values: Case Studies and Values: Library for further guidance and continual learning on values setting.​

Segment 2. Goals Worksheet

​​​​

The Goals Worksheet is to assist as you work through your Goals.

 

Step 1.

The Goals Worksheet is simply divided into 'Next Most Important' and 'Backlog'.

 

Step 2.

Review The Path and it's 20 different sections, each to suit different stages and aspects of life, to assist you in determining your 'Next Most Important' goals and 'Backlog' of future potential goals.

 

Step 3. 

Review the Goals: Models & Theories section for guidance on goal setting systems.

 

Step 4.

Conduct a Goals: Self Review using the Self Review Worksheet in The Workbook.

Step 5.

Review the Goals: Lessons, Goals: Case Studies and Goals: Library for further guidance and continual learning on goal setting.​

Segment 3. Action Plan Worksheet

​​​​

The Action Plan Worksheet is to assist as you work through your Action Plan.

 

Step 1.

The Action plan Worksheet is simply divided into 'Goal' and 'Next Most Important Steps'.

 

Step 2.

Review The Path and it's 37 different Aspects, each to suit different stages of life, to assist you to strategically determine your 'Next Most Important Steps' for each of your current 'Goals'. These 'Goals' being from your 'Next Most Important' Goals in your Goals Worksheet.

 

Step 3. 

Review the Action Plan: Models & Theories section for guidance on prioritisation and planning systems.

 

Step 4.

Conduct a Action Plan: Self Review using the Self Review Worksheet in The Workbook.

Step 5.

Review the Action Plan: Lessons, Action Plan: Case Studies and Action Plan: Library for further guidance and continual learning on prioritisiation and planning systems.​

Segment 4. Self Review Worksheet

​​​​

The Self Review Worksheet is to assist you each time you work through the Self Review segment for your Values, GoalsAction Plan or in any of the 37 Aspects of The Path.

​​​

Step 1.

The Self Review Worksheet is simply divided into 'Question' and 'Answer'.

​

Step 2.

Review the Self Review segment for your Values, GoalsAction Plan or in any of the 37 Aspects of The Path. These Self Review segments have 'Questions' and guiding lines of enquiry to help you think about the question.

​

Step 3.

Note the 'Question' and your 'Answer' in Self Review Worksheet.

​

Step 4.

Apply any learnings to your Values, Goals or Action Plan.

​

Step 5.

If you find find one of the 'Questions' or one of your 'Answers' leads to an unknown or obstacle research the relevant section of The Path or review Tactics to assist you to strategically move forward. The below Strategic Review Worksheet may assist you here.

Segment 5. Strategic Review Worksheet

​​​​

The Strategic Review Worksheet is to assist you to work through any obstacles and to prepare for any opportunities or risks.

​​​

Step 1.

The Strategic Review Worksheet is simply divided into 'Challenge', 'Goal', 'Aligned Values' and 'Key Learnings & Actionables'.

​

Step 2. 

Clearly detail for yourself your 'Challenge', the Goal it aligns with and your Values that align with that Goal. 

​

Step 3.

Review the relevant segment/s of the Framework - Values, GoalsAction Plan or any of the 37 Aspects of The Path in research of guidance towards 'Key Learnings & Actionables.'

​

Step 4.  

Apply any 'Key Learnings & Actionables' to your Values, Goals or Action Plan.

 

Step 5. 

Before moving forward ensure any 'Key Learnings & Actionables' align with your Values.

​​​​

​

There are no promises in life. It can be unfair. You can get lucky. Ultimately, it is what you make of each moment. Taking ownership of each situation.

 

You need to be prepared, do the work, continue to learn and improve each step of the way. The Framework can be your guide, but you need to make it your own. Now simply move forward and do so.
