Purpose
Clean Living Environment: Self Review is a section of Clean Living Environment.
This page and section exists to check in and objectively review your Clean Living Environment.
The more objective and honest your are, the more likely you are to face reality accurately, and in turn, the more likely you are to get beneficial outcomes.
Introduction
Richard Feynman, the great physicist, once said, “The first principle is that you must not fool yourself — and you are the easiest person to fool.”
We need to check in with ourselves and keep ourselves honest. We all stray from our Values, Goals and The Path. That is normal, that is okay. What we do when we realise we have strayed is what matters.
The Socratic method is a form of cooperative, argumentative dialogue to stimulate critical thinking and illuminate ideas. It is named after the classical Greek philosopher Socrates, who employed this method in his teaching.
In the Socratic method, instead of providing direct answers to questions, a person engages in a dialogue to explore and clarify their own (or others) thoughts and beliefs. This process involves asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and uncover underlying assumptions or contradictions.
When applied to the self, the Socratic method becomes a means of self-inquiry and reflection.
Process
In the tradition of the Socratic method, the below is a series of questions to consider when checking in with yourself as you progress:
Review each question one at a time. Are you being honest with yourself? Do you truly know your position and progress?

Based on your review, thoughts, answers and plans for moving forward:
Do you need to adjust your Models & Theories to course correct or move forward?
Do you have further Lessons to learn to adapt your approach?
Are there Tactics that could assist you to better handle specific scenarios?
Whatever the answers are you discover about yourself, whether positive or negative, it doesn't really matter. What matters is what you do next.
Continually learn, continually improve and move forward.
Self Review

This question encourages you to identify and prioritize the various threats and risks that may impact your safety and well-being, fostering a proactive approach to personal security.
2. How can I deepen my understanding of these threats and their potential implications for myself and my family? What additional resources or information might I need to acquire?
By reflecting on the level of comprehension you currently possess regarding personal security risks, you can identify areas where further education or research may be beneficial, aiding in the development of a more comprehensive understanding.
3. What measures am I currently implementing to mitigate these risks and enhance personal security for myself and my family?
This question prompts you to evaluate the effectiveness of your current security measures and encourages you to consider additional steps you could take to further protect yourself and your loved ones.
4. In what ways can I improve my awareness and vigilance concerning personal security threats, such as through heightened observation and situational awareness?
By exploring strategies for increasing awareness and vigilance, you can enhance your ability to recognize potential threats and respond effectively to changing circumstances, thereby strengthening your overall personal security posture.
5. How can I bolster physical security measures in my home, workplace, and other frequented locations to better safeguard against potential threats?
This question prompts you to assess the adequacy of your current physical security measures and encourages you to explore ways to reinforce them, ensuring greater protection against potential security risks.
6. What steps can I take to enhance my digital security practices and protect against cyber threats such as identity theft, hacking, or phishing attacks?
By examining your current digital security practices, you can identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measures to safeguard your online presence and personal information from cyber threats.
7. Do I have a comprehensive emergency preparedness plan in place for various scenarios, including natural disasters, medical emergencies, and personal safety threats?
By evaluating the existence and effectiveness of your emergency preparedness plan, you can identify any gaps or deficiencies and take steps to ensure you and your family are adequately prepared for a range of potential emergencies.
